Are you a Champion?

Champions aren't made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them -- a desire, a dream, a vision.

CONGRATULATIONS 2010 Graduates!

Your hard work and dedication is a great success!

Do you have attitude?

The colossal misunderstanding of our time is the assumption that insight will work with people who are unmotivated to change. Communication does not depend on syntax, or eloquence, or rhetoric, or articulation but on the emotional context in which the message is being heard. People can only hear you when they are moving toward you, and they are not likely to when your words are pursuing them. Even the choices words lose their power when they are used to overpower. Attitudes are the real figures of speech.

Hope to see you there!

Volunteering can be an exciting, growing, enjoyable experience. It is truly gratifying to serve a cause, practice one's ideals, work with people, solve problems, see benefits, and know one had a hand in them.

Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right.

How to dream, believe and acheive.......

Concentration and mental toughness are the margins of victory!  Take responsibility for your actions, and make no excuses.

Wishing all a Happy Easter!

Is it me ...... or does it seem as if time is flying by.   I feel so rushed and not enough time in the day, especially during the weekends.  Take time for family, and create those memories, yesterday is now the past.  Enjoy life, you only live once.  Happy Easter!
