The Early History of Kingman - Coffee at the College

The Early History of Kingman” will be offered as part of the Coffee at the College series October 14th at 6-8pm.,  presented by Dan W. Messersmith of Mohave County Historical Society and author of : Images of America Kingman Photographic Book with a slide show pictorial and lecture on Kingman’s history.  The presentation will take place at Mohave Community College Neal Campus Kingman at 1971 Jagerson Ave. Student Center, room 200F.   Per Messersmith, according to the 1883 tax rolls, Kingman included: one tent, used as a restaurant, one tent, used as a residence, a lumber house known as Ryan’s and Lassel’s Saloon, a hotel run by B.H. Spear and a stable and corral with one horse.
